How to change your StrataPort Username and/or Pass...

When you login to StrataPort for the first time you must complete the process of confirming (or changing) your StrataPort Username and/or Password.

After you have completed this initial process, if you wish to change your Username or Password, please follow these steps:

Important: In addition to being used to login to your StrataPort account, your StrataPort Username is also the e-Mail address that all StrataPort alerts and notifications are sent to. 

To change your StrataPort Username and/or Password, once you are viewing your Strata Manager website e.g. BCSG StrataPort website:

  1. Click on the orange login box at the top right of the page.
  2. Click Edit My Profile

  3. To Change the Username:
    On the StrataPort Profile page, tick the box next to My e-mail address has changed
    Enter the new e-Mail address you would like to use into the 'Change e-Mail Address' field that appears
    Click Save at the bottom of the page
    An e-Mail will be sent to your new e-Mail address with further instructions to complete the update process

  4. To change the Password:
    On the StrataPort Profile page, click the Change Password button
    Enter the new password you would like to use into the field labelled Enter New Password
    Confirm your new Password by entering into the field labelled Confirm New Password
    Click the Save button at the bottom of the page
