How to log into your StrataPort account

To log into your StrataPort account refer to the Induction Notice you received via e-mail or post containing your StrataPort Login Credentials.

Once you have opened your Strata Manager website e.g. BCSG StrataPort :   
Click on the Account Login button at the top right of the homepage
Enter your StrataPort Username and Password into the appropriate fields
Click the Login button
If you have changed your password since receiving the Induction Notice and cannot remember your new password, a password hint can be recovered using the Password Recovery function.

If you have changed your StrataPort Username (which must be an e-mail address) since receiving your Induction Notice, please contact your Owners Corporation / Strata Manager.
TACTIC:
If you are using the correct Username and Password but having problems logging in, check to be sure Caps Lock is off as Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive

How to retrieve your StrataPort account password

For security reasons, the StrataPort website does not send passwords by e-Mail.
If you have forgotten your password:
Click the Account Login button at the top right of the homepage
Enter your StrataPort Username into the e-Mail Address field
Click the Forgot My Password link
A password reminder will be sent to you by e-Mail.
If you are still unable to remember your password, contact your Owners Corporation / Strata Manager to reset your StrataPort account password.

How to change your StrataPort Username and/or Password

When you login to StrataPort for the first time you must complete the process of confirming (or changing) your StrataPort Username and/or Password.
After you have completed this initial process, if you wish to change your Username or Password, please follow these steps:

Important: In addition to being used to login to your StrataPort account, your StrataPort Username is also the e-Mail address that all StrataPort alerts and notifications are sent to. 
To change your StrataPort Username and/or Password, once you are viewing your Strata Manager website e.g. BCSG StrataPort website:
Click on the orange login box at the top right of the page.
Click Edit My Profile


To Change the Username:
On the StrataPort Profile page, tick the box next to My e-mail address has changed
Enter the new e-Mail address you would like to use into the 'Change e-Mail Address' field that appears
Click Save at the bottom of the page
An e-Mail will be sent to your new e-Mail address with further instructions to complete the update process


To change the Password:
On the StrataPort Profile page, click the Change Password button
Enter the new password you would like to use into the field labelled Enter New Password
Confirm your new Password by entering into the field labelled Confirm New Password
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

How to get help using StrataPort

If you require help using the StrataPort platform, you can request support by creating a Support Ticket within your OC Area.
Alternatively, you can contact your Owners Corporation / Strata Manager directly via the details displayed at the right of the sub-menu after logging into your StrataPort account.

How to contact your Building Manager

The contact details of the Building Manager for your building is displayed at the right of the sub-menu after logging into your StrataPort account.
To view the details, move your mouse over the Building Manager icon.
NOTE:
If own multiple Lots in multiple Owners Corporations (Buildings), you must be viewing the relevant Owners Corporation (Building) to see the correct Building Manager details.

How to request After Hours Emergency Repairs

The after hours emergency contact details are displayed at the top of your dedicated Owners Corporation / Strata Manager's StrataPort platform.

When identifying yourself to the after hours provider, quoting the Owners Corporation Number, Street Address and your Lot Number(s) is very helpful.

The OC Number and official Building Address are contained within the My Building(s) Module within the Lot Owner's StrataPort Account Area.
NOTE:
Additional fees may apply for emergency repair call-outs to your building.

How to update / correct your details

If any of the information or details displayed within your StrataPort account are incorrect or out of date, please contact your Owners Corporation / Strata Manager as soon as possible.
